R2I, LLC · AFRICOM & CENTCOM AORs

Resources to infrastructure.

Energy | Minerals | Logistics | Construction

One programme tying feedstock, energy, logistics and the build—so capital can commit.

The problem we solve

Resources without power, ports, rail and plants stay stranded. Infrastructure without feedstock and offtake stays empty. R2I closes that gap: we structure the resource-to-infrastructure path so the mine, the electron, the corridor and the build move as one programme.

Critical minerals. Energy. Logistics. Construction. Packaged so capital can commit.

The opportunity

The opportunity is packaging everything—one programme tying feedstock, energy, logistics and the build so capital can commit.

US Government posture is shifting from aid to trade. Large projects that move the needle in critical minerals, energy and supply chain security need that packaging before capital commits.

Four lanes

Energy

Generation and gas-to-industry packages sized to industrial load, with offtake before construction.

Minerals

In-country beneficiation and refining—tied to power and offtake so value stays where the resource sits.

Logistics

Ports, rail, roads and airports sequenced with the resource and power path.

Construction

Housing and heavy civil delivery at national scale under one programme spine.

How we work

In-country resource development sits at the center of every package. Capacity building of both institutions and workforce is how those packages last: host ministries, regulators and operators gain the tools to own the path; local crews gain the skills to run it.

  1. 01
Map the resource-to-infrastructure chain—feedstock, power, logistics, build.
  2. 02
Build institutional and workforce capacity alongside commercial gates: offtake, joint venture or concession recovery before major spend.
  3. 03
Match money to the project across US Government funding, US commercial funding and European and Middle East sovereign wealth funds.
  4. 04
Run preparation work that lenders and agencies require, then move to implementation.

Where we develop opportunities

These are the countries where R2I and our partners are actively developing projects or project plans. Primary areas of focus are the AFRICOM and CENTCOM areas of responsibility (AORs).

  • Guinea
  • Nigeria
  • Cameroon
  • Kenya
  • Libya
  • Central African Republic
  • Syria
  • Yemen
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Botswana
  • Niger
  • South Sudan (Republic of South Sudan)

Additional markets open as sponsors and capital align.

US Government partners

We work with USG agencies that underwrite trade, security cooperation and large-project investment:

  • Department of Commerce
  • Department of State
  • Department of War
  • Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA)
  • US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA)
  • Department of Energy (DOE)
  • Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM)

Capital access

R2I brings access to three capital lanes so packages can close at the scale the shift from aid to trade requires:

  • US Government funding
  • US commercial funding
  • European and Middle East sovereign wealth funds
